Graffiti/trespassing taking place along embankment

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3162948.

Graffiti along fencing boarding off new housing estate. There is also trespassing that appears to be taking place which is indicating unsafe behaviour near the highway. An extension bollard may be necessary in order to prevent this.
