Pedestrian crossing light is solid red

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3162181.

When lights are green for motorists driving towards town centre, pedestrian crossing light is red (no pedestrian silhouette) and this is confusing (learner driver noticed this).
