Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3161217.

A light blue Vauxhall car with a registration number of WK04ZBC has been abandoned half on/half off the footpath on south side footpath on Howe Close Wheatley for at least 7days. Neighbours say vehicle has no tax or MOT. Radio has been removed. Vehicle appears in poor overall condition and muddied, as if been off road.
