Traffic lights have an extremely long delay for pedestrian

As title, These lights have an extremely long delay from pressing request button till a the lights change. It was recorded at 27/44/30 seconds from button press to red light While watching the lights for 15 mins.

5 groups pressed the request button. 3 crossed before waiting for traffic at red 2 waited for the green man.

6 groups crossed at the crossing without pressing the button.

One group crossed to the side of the crossing. These were adults

Of all the persons there were three groups with young children who did not try to use the button to cross safely.
