Potholes

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3158755.

I live in Compton Drive & we have had potholes in the road for several years that are slowly getting worse due to the amount of use the road gets from both residents & delivery vehicles. They are now large & deep & it’s impossible to pull in or park in the road without driving into the holes & potentially damaging our wheels/tyres.

    Council initially stated they would not fix as “ following inspection “ they were classed as superficial surface damage. On further reporting & sending photos of said potholes they state they will not repair as they are not unsafe !!!
