Large part of the road/kerb collapsed

This default in the road & pavement is directly outside my house (20 Jagger Gardens) the dip is do deep it fills with rain water, as well as this being a huge inconvenience it is also extremely dangerous in this cold weather, when it ices over. I have slipped on this myself as well as a number of visitors to my house.

    This is extremely dangerous in the cold weather, large area frozen which is the direct access into my garden.
