Footpath sunken

Footpath has sunken in areas making it dangerous to walk across even on a good day let alone damp or icey this a major foot traffic route for padnell infant school and my son has tripped many times walking along it there’s many areas that need attention but this drop kerb area is by far the worse I struggle with the pram also! Havant council parking ticket officers are routinely there to fine people but can’t maintain the street…go figure
