Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 06:53, Fri 3 December 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3156838.

On the westbound carriageway there is an island that juts out before the lane to turn right into the newish estate at the lights The keep left sign, white arrow on blue background is no longer there and in the dark it is difficult to see the island. If a car hit it at speed it would potentially be serious and the car written off

  • No change to previous report. Sign still flat on the ground having been knocked or blown over. In the dark it is easy to miss the raised kerb created by extremely bad design of the unnecessary road junction. The authorities should fix the sign, but preferably get rid of the raised kerb altogether.
