Broken wall head height above the road with the bricks all over the road below.

    The bricks have been removed but the wall is not fixed. Orange barriers have been placed along the opening and on the path below but some of these are lying flat blocking the path.

    Update... The barriers blown in the storm for the wall that still hasn't been fixed are now causing a problem!
