Rubbish is constantly dumped under the tree at the junction of Bathurst Street and Westbourne St and no effective action is taken by the Council on this occasion we have the name of the perpetrator as per photo

This has been going on for years and despite the Council promising to take effective action it never does. On this occasion we have the name of the culprit as per the photograph. The time of warning letters is long over. We need fines imposed.
