Parking on pavements, double yellows and zig zags

Ongoing issue near Launde Primary school. At least 20-30 cars every morning is parking on pavements near school obstructing way to pedestrians. Parking on yellow zig zag lines near entrance (same cars every day). Parking partly on pavement across double yellow lines, obstructing pavement that parents with children have to go on road. Moving vehicles on pavement while parents with children passing. School suggested parents to send photos to police. Had incident myself when received threats of asking someone to move car off the pavement, after report to police, officer suggest toninform school and they have to take action. Therefore a lot parents are left concerned of safety of their children because there is no action and people become more nasty with parking, ignoring safety and others.
