Speed warning sign malfunction

Reported via desktop in the Traffic sign category anonymously at 10:11, Tue 30 November 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3150949.

The new speed warning sign as you enter Barnack from Bainton is not functioning correctly. This is a 30mph speed limit, but drivers are being told to slow down even when driving under 30 mph. This is causing confusion, and I believe that it is discouraging drivers from sticking to the actual speed limit.
