Cars parking on verges

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3150492.

Cars are parking on grass verges next to houses, mine is beginning to have tyre tracks along it, and they are emptying rubbish from their cars onto the verge, bringing the look of the street down.
