Loose, clicking, service/drain cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3149655.

Loud clicking noise when traffic drive over it. Is getting worse due to higher levels and increased speed of traffic and heavy lorries driving over it

  • The drain cover is getting worse. The Council said it was someone else's problem and passed it on. They did not say to whom and I have had no further updates. In the meantime, the cover has deteriorated further.
