Awful smell
Sent to North Kesteven District Council less than a minute later
At the business that backs onto St Adens Park and the footpath to Heather Gardens there is a large wooden fence that seems to be a jet wash for lorries that have contained something dead. The smell is sickening for those walking through the park and to and from school.
