Hedge above pipe or gulley on both sides of the road needs cutting back

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 14:13, Fri 26 November 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Between 27 and 29 Saunders Rd and on the other side between 40 and 42 Saunders Rd there is some no-man's land between the first HomeGroup houses and the last original houses. This land apparently contains a pipe or gulley. It has brambles/hedge growing out of it that are starting to obstruct the pavement but are also damaging the fences and property of the neighbouring 4 properties. The City Council needs to cut this back urgently and maintain it regularly.

  • Good morning. I can confirm that this plot of land is not owned or maintained by Oxford City council. A land registry search can confirm that it is owned by Berkley Home (Oxford & Chiltern) Ltd.
I suggest contacting them regarding the issues with the damaged fences etc.

State changed to: No further action
