Hedges overgrown over the footpath

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3144369.

The hedges along Wellbrook Gardens from the path that goes into Rusland Close to the corner of South Millers Dale have been over grown for many years taking up around 2/3 of the path making it difficult to walk along it.
