Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3144026.

There has been a bike outside Waitrose for months and months 24/7 The front wheel has a chain but it is not chained to anything else.

I almost tripped overit the other day it is a trip hazard!

I asked Waitrose to move it but they said I shoukd contact the council as the front of shop does not belong to them Hope you can remove it ?
