Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3143767.

Parents with children had to move quickly out the way due to cars mounting the path to get through the busy road at school time this am. Something is required to stop cars parking and mounting the pavement to get through e.g bollards.
