Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later
The street light at the bottom of Greenhaven / next to the salt bin has not been working for the past few weeks. When walking after dark it is impossible to see where you are going as there are no other street lights in the vacinity.

Reported 12th Nov. The response:
"I can confirm an operative has attended site and has tried to repair the fault, however upon investigation the fault is with the underground cables which are the responsibility of SSEN (Networks). Due to business separation we are unable to repair ourselves.
We have already contacted SSEN and they have raised a 35 working day job to get this repaired, this is due to be completed by 23rd December 2021. However we hope this will be completed much sooner."
Yes, so do we ... they said it was cables in Monteagle Lane, it wasn't but I guess it buys them time... ooh I am so cynical.

Really pleased the light has been fixed and I can now walk my dog without fear of falling over in the dark!
