Street light along footpath flickers on and off

Street light column light does not stay on, comes on and off and flickers approximately where the screenshot is.

Makes it very dark for the elderly living in the bungalows and increases risk of falls.

The columns need some maintenance as well as the lighting in general to ensure they are fit for purpose. Issue been present for more than 18 months. Thanks for your time.
