Overgrown hedge narrowing width of footpath

Sent to Norfolk County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 313835.

A hedge needs to be cut back which has impeded the footpath between Church road & Dawes lane Lynn road Snettisham. Having seen a pensioner slip in the icy conditions at this point ending up with his legs in the busy road.
