Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3135230.

Brick up stand to bridge filled with Graffiti possibly not helped by flood light lighting this area being out. Does not make this a very safe area to walk through especially as pot smoking in this area on a daily basis.
