Temporary traffic lights malfunctioning

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Havant Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3134471.

As of yesterday (Friday 19th) the temporary traffic lights along Martin's Road new housing development were stuck on red in both directions, causing traffic to run the gauntlet on a blind corner.
