Parking for over 24 hours in a one hour only parking bay

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3134326.

Parking bay outside of the 2 take aways on high street has a one hour parking between the hours of 8am and 6pm. 2 vehicles in particular are parking for over 24 hours and also park in middle of bay so other cars cant park or park on double yellows and block the entrances either side of the bays.
