Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3134030.

Red Dog Waste Bin - Rusted out the Bottom. There is ‘No’ bottom half of the bin, door also broken and bin unusable. Dangerous sharp rusty metal breaking off and onto the grass verge. Dog waste bags left by it.
