• Certain cars pull out of lidl caroark as they approach passing no 23 about 6 toots on horn no reason for this . This is just one of the many nuisance hornblowers

• At 8 am this morning a black car which is a regular offender going towards Dinas came past the house and leant on his horn at least 4 times for no reason. No cats , dogs or humans in his/her way.. too fast to get registration, that obviously have got some grudge or petty reason to continue doing this. Sounding a horn for no reason is an offence.

• In addition to the simple minded regular offenders, the problem has escalated because council workers if the see one of their co workers on the pavement or waiting for a bus they have to toot them it is so annoying and constant

• I am afraid this problem is never likely to be fixed it seems police unable to do anything What happened to my other fix my street regarding tractor and uncovered trailers speeding it suddenly got dropped . I recently had to replace a windscreen due to stone chip whilst parked in bay
