Inadequate pole sign in island for ghost junction has been hit and broken off, leaving a dangerous island in the middle of the road. The blue arrow sign had been hit, leaving just a pole poking out of the island, now the pole has been hit , it is just a matter of time before someone hits the island and causes a serious accident. Why wasn't illuminated bollards used on both islands either side of the turning box?
