Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3125822.

You’ve repaired this at least twice but obviously not properly as it has returned. It’s so dangerous as it is on the slip road just as you need to be looking for traffic when joining the A40. Please fix it permanently this time

This pothole is very big, very deep, and very dangerous. It needs more than just being filled in as it is just going to sink again unless a proper job is done.

A large number of people seen today with blow outs caused by this pothole. So so dangerous. 28 days to repair this seems crazy
