Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3122732.

Didn't know whether to report this as a abandoned vehicle or litter, (was unsure if LCC could take a joke or not) was found in the line of traffic on Braunstone Lane this morning.

Like someone had placed it there over night to endangered road users. So I moved it to the grass for safety. It's a child's 3 wheel trike.
