Blocked drain in gutter

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Rushmoor Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3122168.

As you face the gates of Southwood infant school , on both sides of the road are drains in the gutter. The one on the left is ok but , the one on the right has been blocked for many months , if not longer . At the moment it is hidden under leaves , but needs to be cleared , it is usually blocked by mud etc .
