Traffic light sequence

The traffic lights on the roundabout on the A421 at Glebe Farm (Wavendon) are out of sequence. For the past few days they are now changing at the wrong times sequentially, and causing traffic build ups as there is no longer a controlled flow. This is when I travel across the roundabout at around 8.00am. This will cause carnage next weekend when the M1 is shut, as all the traffic will be diverted this way. I guess that something in the system has been adjusted recently, as I have been travelling this route everyday for the past five years, and there hasn't been a problem before.
