Bamboo plant coming through pavement on Linden Road

This is the third time I have reported bamboo coming through the pavement on the corner of Howard road and Linden Road. Resurfacing the pavement doesn’t seem to to help as the bamboo continues to come through from the garden behind the wall. It will just get worse and worse now. I’ve tried to cut it back but that doesn’t seem to help. Thank you.
