Rubbish continually left in car park

Rubbish is continually being left in residents' car park. There is human excrement on the hard standing on the right hand side as well takeaway boxes, prophylactics and general waste.

I have actually reported this problem more than four or five times and been promised it would be tidied up but nothing is ever done.Leaves are a big problem at the moment which can be slippery for some.The rubbish is not too bad it’s on and off tbh but we do pick up quite often ourselves.

This rubbish has been dumped here inc a sighn. This rubbish is just growing and people keep flytipping. The rubbish has started to drif across the dual carriage way due to the winds. It’s a matter of time before it attracts rodents and may cause a major accident on the dual carriage way. Please can this be rectified. It’s literally on the corner of 25 Green Road OX3 8LD. The land it is been dumped on is the weight of way for vehicles for all the shops/ flats on round way.
