In the road chicane, there are no signs working to indicate to drivers there are obstacles in the road.

Chicane in road now faulty on both sides. On one, the sign is not illuminated so hard to see in the dark. On the other mini-island, the direction 'right' sign has been removed completely and the island is only identifiable by a temporary sign that keeps blowing over, and is not held down. Really dangerous in the dark if a cyclist or driver not familiar with the road layout is caught out. It was originally reported as a fault, but when it was reviewed recently it was reported as 'fixed' rather than 'outstanding'.
