Road sinking and rippling at junction of cardinals drive and link way

Reported via mobile in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 14:00, Thu 11 November 2021

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3118140.

Due to excessive traffic flow (including 8 buses per hour, some double deckers) and speeding down Cardinals Drive: When vehicles reach the curve of the road at speed it is causing damage with sinking and cracking occurring (see pic) and the development of long crescent shape lump in the road at the junction (see other pic). The result is vehicles making a loud clattering noise when driving into the sunken spot and then over the damaged ridged surface area
