Temp traffic lights are dangerous

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3117339.

The temporary crossing is dangerous. It is a crossing but drivers mistake it for a contraflow and pull out into the middle of the road to avoid the traffic light housings, because they are not expecting oncoming traffic. Also, the Southern light is obscured by a sign.
