Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3117175.

Rubbish bin dumped at location along with car bumper

This update added ~11:30 16-NOV-21 after getting an error 12-NOV-21 and reporting it and getting a response from FixMyStreet.

I don't think Cherwell DC is responsible for cleaning this. I think it is on MoD land and their contractor, Amey, is aware of it.
