Problem with public footpath street lights

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3116968.

On the public footpath between Morrisons/Flaming Grill/Odeon Luxe and Mecca Bingo, there are various street lighting columns with reflectors on the top. Some of these lighting columns have issues ranging from not working at all, to being dim and turning on and off in quick succession. Please can these lights be checked and any faulty lights replaced with more efficient light bulbs. Thank you.
