Dumping of waste creating serious health risk and amenity issue

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3112514.

The house at the north end of the terrace uses its front garden as a rubbish dump. This creates a public health risk owing to decaying rubbish, rats etc, and negatively affects the amenity of the area. As such enforcement action needs to be taken against the owner to eliminate the immediate problem and stop them doing it in the future.
