In the vicinity of grid ref TF 6821 3345, the path mapped as being that set out in a legal agreement of 1949 is blocked, and unclear on the ground. The Norfolk County Council has the responsibility to ensure that the legally correct route is maintained clear on the ground, obstruction-free, and also adequately signposted to assist persons unfamiliar with the locality to follow the course of the legally correct route.
