Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3111355.

The mess in the kerbs not only a hazard for someone crossing the road because very wet and slippy but also all the drainage grills are completely blocked which causes localised flooding around the green area. I cannot remember seeing any road sweeper in this atea
