Zebra Crossing - needs reapainting, dangerous

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 19:43, Sun 7 November 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Zebra Crossing on Bloxham Road next to the junction with Queensway has virtually no paint on it, with mostly only the road surface being visible. This can make it difficult for the crossing to be seen by drivers, and needs to be repainted urgently before there is an accident.

  • I am seriously concerned about this zebra crossing. When I used it a week ago cars did not stop to let me across, even when I put my foot out. Many children use this crossing to and from School. It needs fixing BEFORE there is an accident.
