Very badly maintained road and foot path

There are two issues with the road and one with the path. First is a manhole cover in the road where the tarmac has broken away around it essentially creating a pothole. While I am sure this isn’t yet a problem for cars it is for motorcycles. It creates a double problem of a slippery surface on a bend and a hole which can destabilise a motorcycle. There is also a badly repaired stretch across Cherry garden Lane ( looks likes a pipe has been run across the road and then it’s been patched but has now sank creating a bump in the road. This is creating a lot of noice due to constant HGV activity 24/7. The path running along Cherry garden Lane (all of this is opposite the brick fields site) has starting to crumble away and is dangerous for pedestrians. This was reported months ago but has not yet been looked at
