Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 16:05, Thu 4 November 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

Dear Oxford City Council There is a black Oxford City Council bin on the right hand side of house number 1, Augustine Way (by the hedge) which has been forgotten. It has had the same rubbish in it for around 8 months! There ARE TWO BINS - ONE IS ON IFFLEY TURN AND IS VISIBLE AND THE OTHER IS BEHIND THE HEDGE. Sadly I saw a rodent there 2 weeks ago and it is now a HEALTH HAZARD. Once again, I am not talking about the black pavement bin around the corner on Iffley turn but the bin OUTSIDE No,1 Augustine Way OX4 4DG. Please can it start to be emptied regularly or remove the bin. Many thanks. Tenants on Augustine Way
