Unable to use footpaths

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3104198.

Multiple properties down the road have converted their front gardens to driveways with dropped kerbs. Many of these new driveways are not large enough for their vehicles so they're overhanging or parking on the footpath. This means I have to walk in the road with my children as I cannot pass these properties on the footpaths due to the vehicles.
