Tree Preservation Order 100foot 4 foot wide tree needs protection.I think is a Scott’s Pine. this week people have building up against it, & driven poles into its roots,This tree houses several birds nesting site every year for the road and a colony of squirrels. This Building needs moving, not only for the trees sake but for the safety of the building. Please can this tree get a TPO
