Constant flow of water from blocked drain. The footpath outside my house is like a muddy field and pedestrians covered in water by passing cars. My neighbour tells me it often happens and freezes over making it hazardous when driving out in to the road. www.essexhighways.org tell me they have inspected it and it is not worthy of a repair as far as they are concerned!!!!!
