Residential car park - no access to pavement

A car is electronically charging. These cars have literally left no pavement. There is no room for pedestrian access. There's no access for wheelchair users or pushchair access. It's just not safe! There's a disabled lady who has to walk up the hill in the middle of the road how is that fair! Theres people who have driveways and they don't park on them. There's a huge green area that's not used and its wasted. It could be altered to create a safe car parking area for residents
