Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3096239.

Small (c 240L) black wheelie bin has been left on pavement near school gates at end of Abbott Road spur (cul de sac for evens) for a while now and no one has claimed it. Has no house number on it and doesnt seem to belong to near neighbours. Please can it be removed.
